The variance is granted with the following restrictions:
1. Building plans shall be submitted and approved by the
Building Inspector and these plans shall stay within the
general framework of the sketch submitted to the Zoning
Board of Appeals.
2. The variance is restricted to the use of Josephine Caggiano,
her immediate family comprising of her mother, and her sister
and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Scher. When the use ceases
to be needed, the building must revert back to a single-family
house.
