a. A VARIANCE IS REQUESTED for the following reasons:
I) Strict application of the Zoning Ordinance would produce undue hardship because:
W. would find the sign in the middle of our parking area
creating a dangerous hazard.
2) The hardship created is unique and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this district because: we handloa transient trade
creating quite a bit of motion in our parking area. The sign closer
to the road would clearly define our driveway.
3) The variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and would not change the character of
the district because: The sign is allowable so it would only be relevant
to its distance from tho road.
