I) Strict application of the Zoning Ordinance would produce undue hardship because:
Prior to construction by DMr Ridge Acres, lftc. two requests were made to the Town IS
to measuring front set backs; both times we were told 35' from pavement. A building
pe....it was issued, the footings inspected and measured to the road. The building
