While the Zoning Board of Appeals recognizes that the property
might not yield a reasonable return and there might be a potential
loss of revenue based on a poor view of the sign from cars approaching
from the south, it is this general poor view at this intersection that
caused the Dutchess coun~y Department of planning to recommend denial
of this Appeal.
