I) Strict application of the Zoning Ordinance would produce undue hardship because:
Adherence to 50' setback would result in building being placed in driveway area
thereby restricting traffic.

vicinity of this property and in this district because:

The district is an established retail area. The installation of the proposed
model garage is in keeping with the nature of our business and is not considered
a permanent structure.
