Allen 8. Cooke, to adopt the following' resolutionr
BE IT USOLVBD 'l'BAT the '1'own of wappiftger ZOning' Board of
Appeals herewith grants approval to Mid-Hudson Auto wreckers, Inc.,
to vary from Sec:tion 416.062 of the Town of Wappinger ZOniftCJ ordinance
in fencin9 and screeniftCJ t:heir junk yard property located easterly
of Route 9D and south of Stoneykill Road, and required that. the
following condition. be complied with in varying from said regulationsr
1. .encinq of chain link type, no less than six feet and no
more than eig-ht feet. in height, be erected a. followsr
B8g'inning at a point where the southerly moat portion
of propert.y of Chain ..et.s property of Mid-Hudson,
thence west to property line of Central Hudson Gas
and i:lectric Company. t.hence in a souther 11' direct.ion
along said property line to R.oute 9.0, where a gate
ahall be constructed aoross front.age on 8ai4 Route 9D.

approxilnate1y 400 feet north of Route 9:0 is not t.o bEt u.ed
for any purpos. other than acee.. to the yard.
3. Planting. are required along the inaic1e of the fence. Type
of planting. ana. spacinq of same to be determined by the
Engineer to the Town.
4. NO fencing will be required along the easterly side of the
property at this time; however, should this area be cleared
or improved in the future for any type of development or
use, t.he Appellant a'ball be required to present a plan for
fenci..n9 and soreening at such time, and apply to thi.
