Subject: William Witchey - Appeal # 163
At the March 13, 1973 meeting of the zoning Board of Appeals,
the following action was taken on the request of Mr. Thomas witchey
in his letter dated March 13, 1973.
A motion was made by Mr. cortellino, seconded by Mrs. Waddle,
that the portion of the yard on the southerly side of Curry Road
must be fenced 'with an eight-foot chain link fence rather than
the previously required poplar trees.
