BE IT RSSOLV2D THAT the Town of 'Wappinger L.oning Board of
A~~cals mckes the following Findings of Fact and the following
I~tcrpretation of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Wappinger:
Findings of Fact:
Th~~ the structure or mobile home set forth in the exhibits
attached to the application of Three Oaks Enterprises, Inc., .
indicates the following:
1. That the said structure is composed of two separate
co:nponents \-'Ihieh have been assembled at a location other
than the building site.
2. That in the assembling of said structure, walls, plumbing,
and roughing are closed in, thereby preventing an
inspection of the components.
3. That after construction of the components, the structures
arc placed on a trailer and moved to the site where they
arc placed upon a foundation by the use of a crane or
other loading device.

5. That the said structure or mobile home is capahle of easily

easily rc-assernbled on another loc2.tion.
7. That the structure referred to in the application is
easily transported by truck or trailer.
s. That the structure described in the application is so
complete at the time of its assembly on the site as to
prevent effective examination by the Building Inspector
of the TOIm of Wappinger.
