Dear .ir. Koffsky,
:'le are crrateful for the ]lotice concerrJing
Appedt No. 4g. We ~&y not be able to attend
on the lSth of ""pril and I an I'lri tine; to
raise the following questions:
1. If the bu11ding backs to withir.. a
foot of the property line, what about back
exits, places for garbage cans, etc. ?
2. What about the traffic situation?
The ent~ance and exit will have to be at the
north end of the curve in 9D and apartnents
are at the south end of the curve. Even if
we have a light at the Hughsonville corner
",hen the net" bridge opens, there are going
to be serious problems.
3. Is there going to m a :::e~'l route 9D ?
Sow will this affectfue situation?
4. Hhat will the General appearance bA?
l{ill signs be too ~ear the road and unsightly?
5. Is there enough rooa ::ino cone 8rn for
parking lot planting snd ~aintenance of the
at~!1osphere of the Village? 3.0UtA 9D can still
withstand the commercialis~ of Haute 9.
We hare the Zoning Board of Appeals will
cons iO.er ,n',ny t,olnts before taking action.
,
Sincerely yours,
LJ lAM' J- '- ~v-
