Puzio: At a special meeting of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Board of Appeals, held on April 26, 1966, the following action was taken on the application of l.C.8.M. Homes, Inc. for a variance to permit the construction of a retail store building within one foot of rear line on a portion of their lot located on the west side of Route 9D in Hughsonville, Town of VIa pping er, New 'Iork. A motion was made by David Koffsky, seconded by Thomas Graham, to deny the requested variance on the grounds that the provision of a l-ft. alleyway behind the stores does not provide sufficient access or egress to and from these stores to allow for refuse disposal, public safety, and fire protection. Motion Unanimously Carried Yours very truly, ~~~:~~ 10r~~airman Zoning Board of Appeals DNK:sjp CC: Mike Morris Planning Board Town Clerk
