existing diesel fuel dispenser pump and install new 'IGasboy Atlas" Model # 9800K
(Electronic Register) with 15gptn suction pump and all required hoses and uGasboy TopKat"
fuel access m.anagement system (or equals) with control wiring as required back to the
central computer module station located in the Highway Garage Office. Provide all power
wiring, containments sumps and other appurtenances as required similar to the gasoline
dispenser pump work in "Keyed Work Note #1", except .product inventory reconciliation
shall not be requir.ed. Pr.ovide at least two (2) protective bollards in front of new dispenser
pump as follows: 6"-diametcr Schedule 80 steel filled with concrete, paint safety yenow~ 4-
feet in height extendini 4-feet below grade centered in 18" diameter posthole filled with
concrete to grade.

Town Hall:
1. Contractor to provide pricing for the removal of the existing underground 2000 gallon
fiberglass fuel oil storage tank. including all existing concrete ballasts, straps, tank eontents,
sludge, contaminated soil. etc. and installing new 2000 gallon steel double wall ACT -100-U
underground storage tank with new concrete ballasts, straps, sumps, fittings, leak detection
and monitoring, and all other appurtenances requited by the manufacturer and as required for
a fully-operational and code-compliant installation. This additional work shall be priced
separately as ADD/ALTERNATE #1 and shall be accepted at the owner's discretion.
2. Location of new m.onitoring system. console to be changed from on wall in Town Clerk's
Office to on wall in Mechanica1/Electrical Room where the existing fuel tank guage is being
removed from.

1. Keved Work Note # 2 - Provide new double-wall supply and return fuel oil piping from tank
sump to inside building and connect to existing aboveground fuel oil piping as stated in
contract documents. However, this will involve removal of existing conct'ete slab, trenching
and running double-wall piping ap.proximately 30' inside building and penetrating up
through slab with double-wall containm.ent end seals and reconnecting to existing heating
equipment fuel oil lines. Concrete floor slab to be patched and testored where trenched.
2. Mark-out of all existing underground utilities shall be responsibility of the contractor.
3. All dispenser pumps shall require 15 gpm suction pumps) all required hoses and containment
sumps where double-walled piping penetrates slab beneath dispenser.
4. Provide all additional bung fittings, kits, etc. as required for the installation of the new supply
and return lines, vent fittings, leak detection, and appurtenances.
5. Contractor shall be responsible for the resistration and certification of aU tanks) including all
testing, approvals, permits and payment of all fees.
6. Replace Bid Proposal page #2 with the attached sheet.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
