Board oi'App~ala on May 12, 1964.
.In accordance with Article V. Section 545 of the Zoning Ordinance,
the B.;ard o! Appeals has the duty to stipulate conditions and sale-
guards t.o He deei&ions to protect the public health. safety and general
welfare. Accordingly, bc!or~ we can consider a Ia'Vorable decision
to your appeal, we will require your agreement to the .collowing
conditions:
An e\'crgreen screen is to be placed on the property

and Walter Hand's proporty. lot 24. block 1<, Gold
Road. \Vappingers Fallo. The screen n'lay consist
of one type of evergreen tree such as:
hemlock. spruce. white pine. 'White cedar
or blue spruce.
The screen shall. extend CGutinu'lUy from ton or more
!(-:ct in .front of the house to ten or more .feet in back
of the house. The trees shall be appropriately placed
to pl'ovide a screen between the houses and shall be a

You shall J'eplace any trees that may die within the
