BEClCER CHAIRl.:A:N ZONING BOAnD OF APPBf~S . . Mr. Joseph E. Ludewig Zoning Administrator Mill Street Wappingers Falls, New York Dear Sir: This letter is written to request a zoning variance on my farm of 53.42 acres on Chelsea Road, Town of Wappinger. The purpose of this r~quest is to obtain clearance for the establish- ment of a riding school. Activities of this school include lessons in equitation, supervised trail riding and board and exchange of pleasure horses. The farm has been used for many years for the purpose of horse br~eding and sale. Facilities include stables, riding ring and trail . sites. It is planned that the activities will be restricted to the property. There will be no unsupervised riding or livery. . Very truly yours, au:' LU ~ Philip ~ Jalton Petalbrook Farm Chelsea Road Wappingers Falls, New York May 28, 1964
