Leveling of the spot for the traUer was completed after the frost left the ground. 2. The property was advertised as lots for trailers for approximately two years prior to purchase. 3. The lot is approximately 1.5 acres of woodland and clearing and partial construction Qffootings was accomplished in the months of December and January. Construction was abandoned due to frozen ground. 5. If a variance is not granted, the value of the land would be ap- proximately $1000 which is hall of the original purchase price. 6. I cannot afford to keep the land and also live in a trailer park. I bought the land with the plan of moving my trailer on it and having the the park rent used to pay for the land and my income would meet my expens es. 7. I think that this ordinance is unconstitutional because it inhibits the free will of the people, decreases the business of trailer dealers, and in other townships with the same type zoning allow trailers in an R-20 zone as long as they are not restricted in the deed.
