Ardmore Drive, intends to use as a Beauty Parlor.
Room has finished Ceiling and Wall. Electric outlets are provided.
Plumbing for Sink is in, but sink is still in crate on the floor.
There are no other fixtures visible.
This room is in the Basement" and a back door at ground level will
serve as entrance to the room.
The drive-way is in the front of the house and is only 1 car width
and about 2. car spaces long.
