Dear Mr'. Eecker:
I am the almaI' of 7 remaining lots
located on Sucich Place and ,Losee Road. These lots are
on the map that "'as filed in the. Dutchess County Clerk! s
office on August 19, 1959, by me, as Map #2878. The lots
in question' are - Lots #26,27,28 in Block #1, Lots #7,9
in Block #2, and Lots #1,2 in Block #3.
Last year, 'when the Zoning Regulations
came into being, this area 't'laS zoned R-20. My above nu.m-
bered lots do not meet the R-20 regulations, as to lot
size. In as much as all the houses that are now strolding
on Sucich Place and on Losee Road, were built on the lot
sizes as specified on the above numbered map, I feel that
I should be permitted to complete the building on the re-
maining 7 lots. In so doing, the area ",ould have an over-
all picture of conformity, and - I would not suffer any
financial loss.
As to the size of the lots, I cannot con-
form to the R-20 regulation, but, you have my aSSU1"'ance
that the homes that I l'1il1 build, 1<1il1 conform to side,
front and ,rear yard regulations.

The application is unique because it is a single isolated lot and would
deprive the owner of the intended use of the land. Also the variance
would not change the character of the area.
