Dear Sirs:
I applied for a building permit to build a

2 t car garage the 18-- of November and I was
refused a permit on the grounds that my road is
not a tOi'm road.
Acting in good faith that I would be able to

obtain a permit I had already signed the contract
for the garage and I stand to lose over 01,000 if
the contract is broken.
Ey appeal is that since the town gave me a
permit to build my house in the summer of 1962,
I don't see why I should be prevented from im-
proving it with the' addition ofa garage.
