Acting in good faith that I would be able to " obtain a permit I had already signed the contract for the garage and I stand to lose over 01,000 if the contract is broken. Ey appeal is that since the town gave me a permit to build my house in the summer of 1962, I don't see why I should be prevented from im- proving it with the' addition ofa garage.
