This matter was adjourned until January 13, 2003 at 5:30 p.m. These are the cases involving the Pavilion fire. I have been waiting for some materials from the County's 9-1-1 Office to determine whether charges against a third individual might be appropriate. I hope to have those materials in the next several days. Jeffrev Hunt. This matter was resolved by the Zoning Department staff. Our office had a conflict on the matter. They are proposing some improvements which will allow them to "load and unload tires inside ofthe building". We are due to meet with representatives of Inter-City next week to discuss the details of this proposal. 0:\ Wappinger\ENFORCEMENT FILES\I22903-JR.doc .. Mever Contractin2 Corp. This is the contractor on the RSS site who violated the Stop Work Order. Upon their plea of guilty, they were fined $250. RSS. This matter was adjourned in contemplation of dismissal. Per my discussions with the Zoning Department staff, it appeared that Meyer Contracting Corp. was really the actively guilty party and although RSS was the owner ofthe property, RSS' knowledge as to Meyer Contracting Corp.'s actions on the particular dates in question were somewhat limited. Structural Inte2ritv. Structural Integrity obtained the necessary permits and approvals and, as a result, the issue of obtaining of appropriate permits before occupancy has been resolved. The matter was adjourned in contemplation of dismissal. Adis Kessler. Ms. Kessler failed to appear again in Court. We have sent her a warning via certified mail advising that her appearance is necessary. As always, thank you for your courtesies. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
