At the Court date of May 13, 2003, the following matters were on the calendar:

People v. Scott Newhall (File No. 12951.0658)
This is a Fire Code violation involving storing flammable materials too close to a
building. The matter was remedied before a court appearance. It was adjourned in
contemplation of denial.

They are working with Mr. Liebermann to bring the structure up to code compliance.
The matter was adjourned to July 15, 2003.
People v. Intercity Tire (File No. 12951.0664)
No one appeared to represent Intercity Tire. I asked the Court to enter a default judgment
against them under the Criminal Procedure Law. This will become a lien on the property
for the amount of the fine.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
