Dear Mr. Holt:
You have been appointed as a member of the Town Recreation
Commission for a term of five years which will expire May 1,
1991. The Town Board has also appointed you as Chairman of
the Commission for the remainder of this year. This appoint-
m,at is addressed annually at the Reorganizational Meeting
held in January.
The Secretary to the Commission has informed me that the
next meeting for the Commission has been scheduled for May 8,
1986 at 8 P.M. at the Town Hall on Mill Street, so I am passing
this information along to you.
If you have any questions relative to the activities of
the Commission, feel welcome to contact Peggy Roe, Secreaary,
at 297-5771 and she will provide you with any information
you may require pertaining to their programs, etc.
