This office is in receipt of the following information regarding the above matter.

Erosion Control Details), and 2-1 (Equipment Shelter Plans & Details), dated
last revised April 8th, 2005, as prepared by APT Engineering, P.C.
. Town of Wappinger Special Use Permit I Site Plan Checklist.
. Letter of Consent giving Nextel authority to file this Application.
. Radio Frequency Affidavit dated April 5th, 2005, as prepared by Yvan Joseph,
Radio Frequency Engineer, including supporting documentation.
. Radio Frequency Compliance Assessment and Report, dated April 13th, 2005,
as prepared by Pinnacle Telecom Group.
. Certification that the proposed facility will not cause Radio Frequency
Interference dated March 22, 2005, as prepared by Yvan Joseph.
. Structural Letter prepared by David B. Granger, P.E. of GPD Associates
dated February 22nd, 2005 certifying that the existing tower has the structural
capability to accommodate Nextel's proposed facility.
. Short Environmental Assessment Form (EAF).
. Nextel Wireless Service and Mandate of the Telecommunications Act (1996).
We have reviewed all items submitted and would offer the following comments:
1. The Application proposes to install 12 panel antennas on the existing tower at
130' Above Grade Level (AGL), and construct a 10' by 20' unmanned equipment
shelter located within the existing fenced in compound. Existing wireless
telecommunication facilities currently exist on the tower for Dobson Cellular, and
Cingular Wireless, and an application is currently pending for T -Mobile.

2. Since they will be using the existing tower, using the existing entry road and
building within the existing fenced in equipment shelter compound, visual and
construction related impacts will be minimal. Erosion Control Measures and
Notes have been provided on the Plans.
3. All necessary applications and supporting documents are subject to the provisions
of Section 240-81 of Town Code, to the satisfaction of the Planning Board, Town
Planner, and Town Attorney.
4. All equipment shelter elevations, colors, materials, etc. are subject to the review
and approval of the Planning Board and Town Planner.
5. The Radio Frequency Compliance Assessment & Report is subject to the review
and approval of the Town's RF Consultant.
6. The structural capability of the existing tower to accommodate the proposed
Nextel facility has been certified, signed and stamped by David B. Granger, P.E.
of GPO Associates.
7. The Town Attorney should coordinate the appropriate lease payments to be made
by the Applicant with the Town Comptroller
