RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ZONING BOARD OF APPEAL MEMBERS TO
ATTEND A TRAINING CLASS
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the June 28, 2004.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Paoloni, Acting Supervisor, and upon
roll being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced byMr. Valdati
by Ms. McCarthy
and seconded
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize Howard Prager, and Gerry
Dipierno, members of the Zoning Board of Appeal, to attend a class on July 15, 2004 in
New Paltz, New York.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Howard Prager, and Gerry
Dipierno, members of the Zoning Board of Appeal, is hereby authorized to attend a class
on July 15, 2004 in New Paltz, New York, at Forty dollars a person ($40.00) at a cost
not to exceed eighty and 00/100 ($80.00) for registration.
The foregoing was put to a vote, which resulted as follows:

From Sullivan County: Take Rte.52 East into EIlenville. At stoplight turn left onto Rte. 209 North. Stay on 209 for
approximately 10 minutes and make right onto Rte.44/55. Proceed on 44/55 up and over the mountain.
Approximately 1 mile after the "Hair Pin Turn" (5 mph speed zone), make left onto Rte. 299. At first traffic light in
New Paltz, make left onto Rte.32 North. Proceed straight for 1 mile and Ulster County BOCES is on your left.
From NYS Thruway: NYS Thruway to Exit 18 - New Paltz. Go through tollbooths to traffic light. Turn left at traffic
light onto Rte. 299 West (Main Street). Go through the next three traffic lights. At the fourth traffic light, turn right on
Rte.32 North (on corners are an Italian Supreme Restaurant, a Sushi Restaurant, and Mobil Gas station). If you
cross over the Wallkill River, you've gone too far. Follow Rte.32 North approximately 1 mile. On your left will be a
large sign that says "The Conference Center". Turn left into the complex.
