RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE ATTENDANCE AT THE
RECREATION CONFERENCE IN SYRACUSE, NEW YORK
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni
Mr. Valdati
and seconded by
BE IT RESOLVED, that Kathi DeLisa, Senior Director, and Joanne Vazquez,
Recreation Committee Member, of the Town of Wappinger Recreation Committee are hereby
authorized to attend the New York State Recreation and Park Conference to be held March 10,
2002 through March 13, 2002 at the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel and OnCenter in
Syracuse, New York at a cost of $135 each for registration and $103.15 per day, per person for
hotel room, including meals and gratuity.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

The Recreation Committee requests permission for two of its members to attend
the New York State Recreation & Park conference to be held March 10 - 13, 2002 at the
Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel and OnCenter in Syracuse, New York. Those wishing to
attend are the Senior Director, Kathi DeLisa and Committee Member Joanne Vazquez.
Full registration for the conference is $135.00 each and the hotel reservations
which include meals and gratuity are $103.15 per day per person.
Attached is a copy of the program schedule.
