TOWN BOARD, TOWN OF WAPPINGER
REVIEW PROCEDURES & BIDDING
LIMITS FOR COMMODITIES AND
PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS
PURCHASING PROCEDURES
COUNCILMAN VALDATI moved to adopt the following with respect to
Town's Procurement Policy, seconded by Mr. Colsey
Pursuant to subdivision 104-b of the General Municipal Law the Town
adopted a Procurement Policy establishing purchasing procedures and
bidding limits for commodities and Public Works projects.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town's Procurement Policy is hereby referred to
a Town Board Workshop for further review and study and the Procurement
Policy as set forth in Chapter 46 of the Code of the Town of Wappinger shall
remain in full force and effect until further action by the Town Board.
