Village Trustee D.O. Napoleon reports that three years ago
he was able to have the three - story frame structure
condemned by the fire chief. However the process of
condemnation was intricate because of legal complications..
As a result Trustee Napoleon had the County Health Dept.
take an interest in the problem. Ultimately, the Health Dept.
condemned the structure for health reasons.
