Conditions/Stipulations: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted by resolution
of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The ZBA has voted to grant the following three variances, each by a 4 to 1 vote.
Variance #1: Where a freestanding sign is allowed no taller than 10 feet, the ZBA has voted
to allow 14.9 feet.
Variance #2: Where a freestanding sign is allowed 25 sq. ft. in size, the ZBA has voted
to allow 56 sq. ft. in size.
Variance #3: Where the freestanding sign must be 25 ft. from the front property line,
the ZBA has voted to allow placement of the freestanding sign to be
10 ft. from the front property line.
