Conditions/Stipulations: The following conditions and/or stipulations were adopted by resolution
of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The ZBA has voted to grant a variance of 1.75 acres for two farm animals. Where the code
required 2 acres per farm animaland the applicant has a horse and a pony, they could only
provide 2.25 acres in total.
C.ondition: If one of the animals leave. (Horse or Pony) they may not be replaced and the
property reverts back to one animal per two acres.
