of the Board as part of the action stated above:
The ZBA has voted to grant a rear yard variance for a 24 ft. AG pool. Where 40 ft.
to the rear is required. the applicant could onlv provide 13 feet to the rear. thus
a 27 ft. variance was granted for the pool to the rear.
