HOLT, CHAIRMAN RE: RECOGNITION OF DECEASED CONTRIBUTORS TO THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER RECREATION Over the past few years we have been faced with the sad position of facing up to the passing of individuals that have participated in or given to our recreational programs. How these people should be recognized has been a problem. Our Recreation Commission has given this concern a lot of thought, and as a result submit the attached proposal for your approval.
