Dear Supervisor Colsey and Town Board:
The lease for the Recreation Department copier. as located in the senior Center. wlli be expiring
this month.
tn consideration of a replacement. tt is requested that we increase the capabilities of the unit to
one that handles greater than 8.5" x 11" single sided copies. As you know. the operation of the
Senior Center requires the presence of staff and the necessity to seek an alternate copier, or
copy after hours, creates unnecessary steps in the operation of the department.
It is respectfully requested that we upgrade to a unit that allows the majority of clerical taskS to be
done within the department.
