Dear Chairman and .Boardmembers:
The above referenced project was initially before the Town of Wappinger Town
Board on the date of February 10, 2003 where a discussion took place regarding the
shared driveway concept for the above referenced project. '
This office has petitioned the Town Board and the Zoning Board in seekh1g a
modification to the mning code and a variance to allow shared driveways. The
Town Board did not embrace the concept when presented and the Zoning Board of
Appeals fonnal1y denied the appeal on Tuesday, May 13,2003.
em behalf of our client, we would ask that the project be scheduled to be placed on
the next available Planning Board agenda for continued discussion and possibly
setting a public hearing for the plan as initially present, with separate driveways
serving lots 2a &. 2b. No revised plans have been submitted in that the current
driveway concept as Is originally proposed.
