1996-05-02 From: CROll REYNOLDS CO. TETERBORO N.J. ~ 2012885568 P.01 ~v 5/2/96 Fax to Ms. Connie Smith Dear Ms. Smith, As our phone conversation on the morning of May 2nd., I realize that this pa:)t winter was a bad one. And the salt that wound up on my front lawn and killing a good portion of it could not be helped due to the plowing. But I fail to understand why the i"oad Dept. truck, when removing the debris on May 1 st. had to park on my newly seede j lawn. Their truck left a 10 to 15 foot tire track some 4 inches deep. Doesn't the driver of that truck own a home? I want my property fix the way they found it! Leveled and seeded! If I do not hear from your office or the road Dept. on your intentions on the matter, I will have no alternative but to give this matter to my attorney.
