1991-11-04 SPMA Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger was
held on November 4, 1991, at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road,
Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County, New York.

Robert Valdati, Councilman
The Supervisor called this meeting for the purpose of setting
Public Hearings on the Benefit Assessment Rolls for the Water
and Sewer Districts and Improvement Areas. This notice was
forwarded to all Board Members and to the News Media on October
31, 1991 calling the meeting for the date and time stated.
The Town Clerk noted that the Town Assessor had filed the
Assessment Rolls with her on November 4, 1991.
MRS. VISCONTI moved to accept the Benefit Assessment Rolls for
the Water and Sewer Districts and Improvetgent AReas.
Seconded by Mr. Fanuele
Motion Unanimously Carried
MRS. VISCONTI moved to set Public Hearings on the Benefit Assessment
Rolls for the Water and Sewer Districts and Improvement Areas on
November 18th, 1991, beginning at 7:00 P.M. and continuing at two
minute intervals until completed: Wappinger Sewer Improvement Area #1,
Wildwood Sewer District, Mid -Point Park Sewer Improvement Area,
Rockingham Farms Sewer District, Wappinger Sewer Treatment/Transmission
Improvement Area #1, Wappinger Sewer Treatment/Transmission Improvement
Area #2, Fleetwood Sewer District; Fleetwood Water District, Oakwood
Water District, Central Wappinger Water Improvement Area, Ardmore
Water Improvement Area, Tall Trees Water Improvement Area, Wappinger
Park Water District, North Wappinger Water District, Myers Corners
II Water District and Wappinger Cranberry Water Improvement Area.
Seconded by Mr. Fanuele
Motion Unanimously Carried
The Supervisor schedule a.Specia1 Meeting following the Public
Hearings for the purpose of accepting the Benefit Assessment Rolls
for the Water and Sewer Districts and Improvement Areas.
There was no other business to come before the Board.
MRS. VISCONTI moved to close the Special Meeting, seconded by
Mr. Fanuele and carried.
The Special Meeting closed at 3:05 P.M.
