1990-08-13 PHA Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger
on August 13, 1990, at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Town of
Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, on a proposed increase in the
maximum amount to be expended for the original improvements in the
Wappinger Park Water District.
Supervisor Smith opened the Hearing at 7:30 P.M.

The Town Clerk offered for the record the Affidavit of Posting and
Publication duly signed and notarized. (These Affidavits are
attached hereto and made part thereof of the Minutes of this Hearing.
Mrs. Smith explained that the original amount for the Wappinger Park
Water District has been increased from $200,188 to $236,450, an
increase of $36,232, and a public hearing is required for the bonding.
She asked if there were any comments for or against the additional
amount of the bonding; noone spoke on the proposed increase for the
Wappinger Park Water District.
MRS. VISCONTI moved to close the Public Hearing, seconded by Mr.
Incoronato and unanimously carried.
The Hearing closed at 7:32 P.M.
