Al Roberts, Town Attorney, explained that there is a landlocked parcel that was supposed to have been dedicated to the Town, but never was. This parcel is going up for sale and the Town needs to decide if it would like to purchase this parcel. The Town Board discussed whether it would like to purchase the parcel. Councilwoman Czarniecki asked if there is any access to the parcel. Mr. Roberts answered that, according to the map, there appears to be an easement, or 25 foot path, leading to the parcel. Discussion followed. Councilwoman Czarniecki asked when the Town would have to make the decision. Mr. Roberts answered that he would need to make the notification tomorrow. Councilwoman Czarniecki noted that she would be in favor of this. She asked what would happen if the Town chose not to buy it. Mr. Roberts discussed the fact that the property has a restricted use. Supervisor Colsey noted that he would like the input of Councilman Bettina, but Councilman Bettina was out of the room at the time. Supervisor Colsey then recommended that the Board return to this item later in the Meeting. X. New Business Councilwoman Czarniecki New Business Councilwoman Czarniecki noted that a resident has asked for stop signs to be put up at the intersection of Helen Drive and Barbara Drive, in both directions.
