RESOLUTION ADOPTING CERTIFICATE OF ADJUSTED BASE PROPORTIONS
FOR THE 2004 ASSESSMENT ROLL FROM THE NEW YORK STATE OFFICE OF
REAL PROPERTY SERVICES
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 6`h day
of December, 2004, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmember- Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced bycouncilman Paoloni and seconded by
Councilman Bettina
WHEREAS, the Town has received a Certificate of Adjusted Base Proportions for the
Assessment Roll for calendar year 2004 from the New York State Office of Real Property
Services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth
and adopted herein.
2. The Town of Wappinger hereby accepts and adopts the base percentages, current
percentages, and current base proportions as set forth in the Certificate of Adjusted Base
Document1
Proportions for the 2004 Assessment Roll, received from the New York State Office of Real
Property Services, a copy of which is attached hereto.
3. Gloria Morse, Town Clerk, is hereby authorized to certify on behalf of the Town the
Certificate of Adjusted Base Proportions for the 2004 Assessment Roll.

There will be a special Town Board meeting on Monday, December 6th at 7:00pm. The
purpose of this meeting is to Adopt Resolution #2004-326 adopting the Base Rate
Proportions for 2005.
This resolution was supposed to be adopted with the budget in November. I apologize
for this omission and the need :for an extra meeting. The deadline for submission is
December 71h
