mined to extend in said Township
the I-Iughsonville Lighting Dis-
trict, and to provide improve-
ments and services, and both,

WHEREAS, "the proposed ad-
ditional street lighting to be in-
stalled in said district, as ex-
tended, shall consist of the fol-
lowing, to. wit: Marlorville Road-
2500 Lumen, open suburban:
Pole No. 37449, 38417, 4007l,
55993, 55992, 55990, 25930 (mast
arm), 25932, 25940 (mast arm),
25942, 41367, 41369; Hamilton
Road -2500 lumen, open subur-
ban: Pole No. 34174 (intersec-.
tion CreeR: Road), 18172, 18173,
58771, 58769, 25933 (Connor
Road), 25935, 25937 (mast arm),
59452 (mast arm); and such ad-
ditional facilities as the Town
Board may determine on Hugh-
sonville Road, the cost of which
shall not exceed, however, an-
nually, the maximum amount to
be expended, as hereinbefore set
forth, for supplying of services
in connection with such proposed
additional street lighting; and
WHEREAS, a copy of a gen-,
eral map, plan and report for
'providing the facUities, Improve-
ments and services with re-
spect to such lighting district,
as extended, is, now on f~le in
the Town Clerk's office in the
Town of Wappinger, Mill Street,
Wappingers Falls, New York,
and is available for public in-
spection; it is hereby
ORDERED, that a public hear-
ing shall be held at the Hugh-
sonville Fire House, Hughson-
ville, Town of Wappinger,County
of Dutchess and State of New
York, on the 3rd day of June
1963 at 8:00 o'clock in the ev-
ening of that day, to consider,
and take action upon the pro-
posed extension of the Hugh-
sonville Lighting District, and
the extension of the services
therein, all as hereinbefore ~r_
forth, pursuant to Article 12-....
of the Town Law of the State
of New York, and at such tirt,le
and place the Town Board >.)f,
the Town of Wappinger will meet
to consider such proposed ex-
tension of said lighting district
and to hear all persons inter-
ested in the subject thel-eof,con-
cerning the same; and for such
other action on the part of said
Town Board with relation to such
matter as may be required by
law or proper in the premises.

WHEREAS, the TownBoard of
the Town of Wappinger, pursuant
to the provisions of Article 12-
A of the Town Law, has deter-
mined to extend in said Township
the Hughsonville Lighting Dis-
trict, and to provide improve-
ments and services, and both,
in such district, as extended,
