1966-04-01 , - April 1, 1966 Town of Wappinger Wappinger Falls, New York Gentlemen: This is in reference to the agreement(3) between the Town of Wappinger (hereinafter called the Customer) and Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation (hereinafter called the Company) dated September 1, 1961 regarding street lighting furnished within the Hughsonvi11e Lighting District The Company has reviewed its street lighting standards and prac- tices and proposes to revise the schedule of lamps offered to its customers to include several new high efficiency mercury vapor lamps and to designate all of its outmoded and less efficient incandescent lamps as non-standard. To effect these changes the schedule of lamp types, sizes and charges included under Section B.2.a. of the agreement dated September 1, 1961 is hereby withdrawn as of the effective date of this agreement and the following revised schedule is substituted and will apply to all lamps installed, during the remainder of the term of the agreement dated September 1, 1961 2. Revised Schedule of Charges for street Lights and Facilities Installed During Term of This Agreement a. However, non-standard lamps may be in- stalled at the Customer's request subject to the Company's consent and payment by the Customer of an ann~l charge determined by the Company at the time of installation of such lamps. If lamps of type or rating differing from those listed above are installe<i during the term of this agreement, the annual charge will be in- creased by an appropriate amount determined by the Company at the time of installation of such lamps. Charges for lamps installed prior to the effective date of this agreement will continue to be made at the rates specified in the agreement(:E) dated September 1, 1961 previously effective. These changes shall become effective on April 1, 1966 and shall remain in effect until termrriate,d in accordance witp.
