BULGER--------------voting-----YE3 AND WHEREAS. the Town Clerk of the Town of Wappinger, as provided by law. bas posted and publisbed a notice settinl forth the date of the adoption of said resolutions. with an abstract of tbe same consisaly stating the purpose and effect thereof and that such resolutions were subject to a permissive referendum; an -- 5 -- WBlIlAS, no petition requesting the matter be submitted to a referendum has been filed with the Town Clerk of the Town of wappinger and the time to do so has expired; and WHlUAS, the Town Clerk of the Town of wappinger has filed her certificate stating no such petition has been filed with her, which said certificate has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Dutchess; IT IS ODEIED THAT the Supsonville Lighting District be extended to include the premises hereinbefore described, and each and every part thereof, and tut the additional street lighting facilities hereinbefore referred to be installed within said district, and the extension thereof, and that a certified copy of this order, adopted pursuant to the provisions of Article 12-A of the Town Law be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Dutchess and filed in the Office of the State Department of Audit and Control at Albany, New York, within 10 days thereof. ~ / ~ Itic rd II.
