Dear Mr. Versace,
As per our telephone conversation on 5/17/84, Central Hudson would
like to rarove your custaner pole number 8340, which is in very poor
condition. Central Hudson would install a 35' pole and an anchor in
approximately the same location. This work would be undertaken at Central
Hudson's expense.
Enclosed is a print of the construction plans for this area,
indicating the approximate location of the pole and anchor. Also enclosed
is a Right of Way form which gives Central Hudson the easement to
place the pole and anchor.
