entire community. Further, the location of

encompassing their operation is of great
concern to the Town Board. The purpose of
this section is to prevent the unrestricted
proliferation or concentration of such
businesses, to specifically limit and reduce
their potential accessibility to children, and

440.25.2 Standards. To help achieve the above stated
goals and to promote the obj ecti ves of the
Town Comprehensive Plan, the granting of site
plan approval by the Planning Board shall be

approval in Section 450, herein.
440.25.2.1 Not more than one (1) "adult use"
shall be permitted on any "lot".
440.25.2.2 No "adult use" shall be permitted

This "use" specifically excludes "adult uses".

"Entertainment uses" would be listed as a Special Permit
Use within the BB, GB, ee, se, BD, AI and PI Districts
and would be subject to additional requirements pursuant
to Section 440.26.
3. The followinq new section would be added as follows:

440.26.1 No outdoor pUblic address system shall be
permitted unless specifically approved by the
Planning Board and where such Board has
determined that the "use" of such system will
not be a nuisance to the surrounding area.
