Attention: Hon. Christopher 1. Colsey, Supervisor
Dear Supervisor Colsey:
Please accept this letter as my resignation from the Town of Wappinger Recreation
Department. As you know, I was injured last July and it has recently been determined
that I am permanently disabled. I will be unable to return to work.
Thank you for the opportunity of allowing me to work for the Town of Wappinger, it
was a wonderful experience and I will miss the camaraderie of my fellow employees.
Very truly yours,
ANTHONY MUSARRA
