Dear Mr. Masterson,
I am writing this letter in support of Susan Rose. Mrs. Rose has been employed in
my medical practice since 1996. She has played an integral role in the
establishment and continued success of my practice since its inception.
Mrs. Rose is now managing our medical practice with 5 full time gastrointestinal
physicians, and 13 employees. Susan began working as a receptionist and
secretary, then successfully climbed the ranks to billing officer, billing manager,
and eventually practice manager.
During the past 8 years as practice manager, her scope of work has expanded to
include: personnel management, chief financial officer, and oversight of all
accounts receivable.
She continues to demonstrate a great skill in working diligently with insurance
companies, while still overseeing the everyday management activities within the
practice.
I strongly recommend Mrs. Rose for any administrative position that she would
pursue, and I am sure she will be a great success in any endeavor.
Please do not hesitate to call me if I can be of any further assistance.

Re: Ms. Sue Rose
To whom this may concern,
I have known and worked with Ms. Rose for more the 10 years during my previous
practice. Her job was the practice administrator. Her prior experience was a hospital unit
secretary, but that did not stop her to become a highly competent
manager. She achieved this by working extremely hard, being dedicated, and not being afraid to
take on newer and challenging tasks. She had no supervisor to ask for help and she was self-
taught by communicate with insurance carriers, vendors and attending conferences. She helped
the practice to grow from a two men group to a five men group. She was the biller, secretary,
manager, IT person, human resource, and above all, a caring friend and listener to all the
physicians and her staffs. If I did not leave the old practice, and by the way she was not the
reason for my departure, I would still completely entrust my practice to her management. Ms
Rose has proven to me and others that she is a successful person and I have no reservation to
recommend her to any job that she put her mind to.
Sincerely,

Dear ZBA and Planning Board Members,
I am currently working as Deputy Town Clerk and I have applied for the zoning and
planning secretary. I was to start that job in a temporary position on May 17,2010 but
unfortunately a broken ankle and surgery prevented me to start.
It has been brought to my attention that the position is now the choice of both board
members. After reviewing my resume and letters of recommendation, which are
enclosed, I hope that I will be a candidate.
Since I have been working in town hall for two years, I feel I have some knowledge of
the workings of that position. Also, knowing the employees I will be working with is an
additional plus.
Thank you in advance for reviewing my resume. I am available to meet with anyone who
would like to interview me.
