Responsible for maintenance of Mainframe servers and peripherals at customer locations in the tn-state
area. Established working partnerships with managers and administrative personnel at several Fortune
500 companies including IBM, Aetna, Oxford Health Care. Additional responsibilities have ranged from
subject matter expert on the HP-9000 and the HP-3000 and the "Superdome" product line providing
support to our Sales Engineers and Account Managers in large sales opportunities. Performed testing of
new features and proof of concept.
1981 to 1984 Field Service Technician

Carried out repair on design equipment, specifically CAD/CAM and peripherals such as photo plotters
