IJ Petitions & Communications---
A letter was received from Harold Reilly, Attorney for the Village
of Wappingers Falls, regarding a dilapidated boat shelter on the
Town side of the Wappinger Lake. He indicated that the structure
is about to fall into the Lake and the Board of Trustees is concerned
about the potential safety hazzard and the expense of clearing the
debris. Mr. Versace notified the Attorney that the matter has been
referred to the Zoning Enforcement Officer to investigate the ownership

of the property and take the necessary steps to have the owner remove
the remains of the building. The Attorney will be notified of the
report submitted by the Zoning Officer and future action.
MR. VERSACE moved to receive this communication and place it on file.
Seconded by Mrs. Ballard

A communication was received from John Railing requesting a letter
from the Town indicating that property owned by Joseph Minotti
would be serviced with water from the Central Wappinger Water
Improvement Area. The property is within the boundaries of the
Improvement Area and permission from the Town is required by the
Dutchess County Health Department as a condition of approval of the
sewage disposal system plans for the proposed building.
MRS. BALLARD moved to approve Mr. Railing's request for the Town to
supply water to the lands of Joseph Minotti from the Central Wappinger
Water Improvement Area.
Seconded by Mrs. Paino

A Memo was received from the Planning^requesting the Town Board to
clarify the discrepancy between our letter of approval to supply
Lookout Point Subdivision with water from Central Wappinger Water
Improvement Area, and Mr. Evangelista's letter to the Planning Board
-
indicating that he was requesting the entire Lot #2 of that subdivision
be dedicated for future water storage usage.
The letter from the Town Board is normal procedure required by the
Dutchess County Department of Health, granting approval to serve the
subdivision from CWWIA since it is within the boundaries of that area.
Mr. Evangelista's request is an entirely different matter and Mr.
Versace indicated in his response to the Planning Board that any
