TO: THE TOWN CLERKS OF THE TOWNS OF FISHKILL AND WAPPINGER AND TO
THE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS OF THE CHELSEA FIRE DISTRICT,
CHELSEA, DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK.
We, the undersigned, being the duly appointed election board
for the annual election of the Chelsea Fire District held at
the Chelsea Schoolhouse, Chelsea, New York, on the 9th day
of December 1997, between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 9:00
P.M., hereby certify that we have canvassed the votes at said
annual election as follows:
For the election of Commissioner for a five year term:
The total of votes cast for THOMAS C. BRICKNER was 13
The total of blank or void ballots was 0
For the election of Treasurer for a three year term:
The total of votes cast for JOHN G. TODD was 12
The total of votes cast for HERBERT MULLER was 1
The total Of blank or void ballots was 0
We further certify that we have completed such canvass without
adjournment, and that the said election was held in an orderly
fashion as provided by law.
