The Polls were provided with ballot forms in the amount of
50() serially numbered from 1 to 5()(), inclusively, printed on white
paper and of which at the close of the election there remained un-
used 442, numbered 59 through 50(). Prior to the opening of the
polls there were made available to the public at the polling place
sample ballots in the number of 5(), printed upon tinted paper but
otherwise identical with the official ballot.
This Certificate is made in accordance with the requirements
of New York Town Law, Section 175, Subdivision 4 and Section 8,
(to comply therewith whether the same is applicable or not.).
