Please be advised the undersigned is att~!"llet to the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger.
In such capacity, I have examined title. to-the following. parcel of property acquired and/or
improved pursuant to the Grant'Agreement in this matter:
Premises described in June 16, 1961, from Willis Livingston Mesier Reese, individually
and as sole surviving Executor and sole Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of
- William Willis Reese, of and residing at 1345 MeadowviewAvenue;- Hewlett,n Long-
Island, New York, Grantor, and the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York,
which Deed was recorded in the Dutchess County Clerk's Office on June 29, 1961 at
Liber 1060 at Page 341.
I have requested an abstract of title from Tri-County AbstracfServices, 75 Washington Street,
Poughkeepsie, New York, a duly recognized title abstract company, and from my examination
of said title report, and relying upon the record of instruments on file in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Dutchess, I find that the Town of Wappinger, a municipal corporation with its

Town Hall located at Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York is duly seized of good and
marketable title, having acquired title to the subject property pursuant to the following deed:
Premises described in June 16, 1961, from Willis Livingston Mesier Reese, individually
and as sole surviving Executor and sole Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of
William Willis Reese, of and residing at 1345 Meadowview Avenue, Hewlett, Long
Island, New York, Grantor, and the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York,
which Deed was recorded in the -Dutchess County Clerk's Office on June 29, 1961 at
Liber 1060 at Page 341.
The abstract of title prepared by Tri-County Abstract as well as the above referenced deed
clearly indicate that the title held by the Town of Wappinger is subject to certain covenants and
conditions limiting the use of the property for public park purposes, and which covenants and
restrictions will not affect the use of the property as anticipated in the State of New York
Agreement. The grant requested is entirely consistent with the use of the property, as limited
by the covenants and restrictions imposed by the Grantor of the property when the same was
transferred to the Town of Wappinger.
