Engineering Services - 1998
Attention:
Dear Supervisor Smith:
Please accept this letter as a formal request from Paggi & Martin,
Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors, to furnish engineering and
surveying services to the Town of Wappinger for the calendar year
1998.
As you know, our firm has supplied the Town with these services for
the last twelve (12) years, and would very much like to continue to
provide these services.
We feel that we have provided the Town with excellent services over
the past twelve years and have been able to design and implement cost-
effective engineering solutions to the Town's infrastructure needs. We
have focused on designing and managing projects to remain within
budget and achieve the design goals. I feel that we have achieved this
to a very high degree.
It has been a pleasure working with you and your administration the
past year, and we look forward to working with you and the Board
Members over the next year.
I have enclosed an hourly fee schedule for your review for 1998. As
you can see our rates have remained fairly stable for the last five to six
years, and have not changed at all for the last three years, including this
proposal.
If there are any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to
contact me.
