Dear Mike:
The Wappinger Town Board failed to achieve a quorum for last night's regularly scheduled meeting. The
meeting was rescheduled for this coming Monday, August 16th at 6:00 P.M. It is my informal understanding
that the Board will authorize the execution of the MOD. I can fax a copy of the signed MOD on Tuesday
morning and overnight the original. I will probably need two or three days after that in order to get the Town's
check to you inasmuch as the Town does not have a Comptroller.
Please advise if this is acceptable.
